The author of Rwanda – La Fin du Silence, Guillaume Ancel will speak about his controversial book published recently which re-opened the debate about France’s role in the genocide of 1994. Guillaume was an army officer posted in Rwanda and wrote about his first hand experience during Opération Turquoise. Later he became regional director of the SNCF and is now on the board of a social protection company. Sign up  here to secure a place at what promises to be a highly stimulating presentation.
