FIBA is excited to welcome neuroscientist and researcher Karen Reilly, who will discuss hidden disabilities and their impact in the workplace.

Karen Reilly, neuroscientist and researcher at CNRS will give a talk aimed at raising awareness on the topic of invisible disabilities in the workplace. Her experience is with subtle cognitive problems after stroke, cancer and brain trauma. These problems often arouse lots of questions for the patients themselves as well as their families and their employer. She is currently working on automating information for patients suffering from the aftermath of cancer treatments affecting cognitive function.
