Guillaume Leroy, CEO of Sanofi France, guest speaker

On Friday, May 19th, we welcomed Guillaume Leroy, CEO of Sanofi France as our guest speaker.
We also welcomed two new members to the association, Jon Chinn from Leggett Immobilier and Chilina Hills, an expert in communication and influencing.
Among our guests also was Laurence Ponsonnet from Le Progrès, who has been a true supporter in penning articles about FIBA and its president!
Our welcome cocktail was therefore completed with a team photo before we sat down for lunch to listen to Guillaume’s presentation.

Guillaume, who’s started in his new role Jan 1 this year, spoke without notes (always impresses me!), breaking his presentation into 3 sections:
Sanofi worldwide – Sanofi’s market share continues to amaze, it is the 3rd most valuable company in France’s Cac40, with Doliprane as its leading contributor.
Sanofi at a regional level – across Auvergne Rhône Alps
The Dengue company – this structure was the focus of Guillaume’s work prior to his nomination in January. He also enjoyed working in Latin America and speaks 4 European languages fluently.

FIBA members had the chance to put their questions to Guillaume after his presentation as well as put questions to him on a 1 to 1 basis over coffee.
