Annual Golf Tournament

This year’s golf day was held just two weeks after Europe had stormed to a terrific victory at the Golf National just outside of Paris to win back the Ryder Cup.
Yet again, the autumn weather was kind to us and over 60 players, FIBA members, guests and the CADG (Club affaires du Gouverneur) gathered at the Gouverneur Golf Club just outside Lyon and enjoyed a wonderful day.
Tim Hughes stepped up to the plate yet again to co-organise and host a very successful event; this year’s winners of the 9th edition and FIBA trophy were Ian Russell, a former winner together with the CADG’s Matthieu Jambon.
The nearest the pin prize was won by Tim and the longest drive by Geoffroy Dardenne.
